Processing time

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Australia — metro: 3–7 business days
Australia — regional: 5–12 business days
Rest of world: 7–16 business days

Estimates begin from dispatch, not from the time you place the order.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is a flat rate at checkout. Orders over the free-shipping threshold ship free — the exact amount is shown in your cart as you get close to it.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first movement, which is normal.

Delays

Occasionally customs, weather or carrier backlogs push a parcel past the estimate. If your order is more than 5 business days past the upper estimate, contact us and we will chase it for you or replace it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch.
