30-day returns

If a product is not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and a one-line reason. We will reply with return instructions within one business day. There is no restocking fee.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of the return being received. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 3–5 days to appear on your statement.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or stops working within the first 30 days, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you — you will not need to send the faulty item back in most cases.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, personal-care items cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
